aircraft materials

AIRCRAFT MATERIALS  i am licenced aircaft maintenance engineer. i have worked for 2 years as mechanic. Now i work as Quality Auditor. i want to share some aircraft expendables which can be deemed as standart aircraft parts suc as NAS, MS, BAC,etc. These are fasteners which are used commonly on wing, stabilizers, under fuselage, body fairings,  cargo and cabin access panels. All standart parts should have proper certificate of conformity to install aircraft as per Annex II EASA Part 145.A.42(b)  you can check EASA Part 145 regulations on my other blog  https://easapart145checklist.blogspot.com/2021/10/easa-part-145-checklist.html You may find it useful before you order from IPC or install on aircraft. i added their part numbers so you can identify their location on IPC and using ruler you can have idea of their sizes. you have to find suitable size bolt for your access panels.sometimes the screws which is figured in the IPC may not suitable size for hole becuase of different nut plates.
